Parent Education Program (PEP)

Once a week for 30 weeks
Tuesdays – 9:30am at Federation Campus (beginning Sept. 9)

PEP is a unique opportunity to strengthen your understanding of Judaism. Gain the confidence to nurture the growing Jewish identity of your family in a warm, friendly environment. You are invited to join, with other parents of preschool age children, the great Jewish conversation that has taken place over the centuries – you will be able to bring the conversation home. Parents from all Jewish backgrounds are welcome. The curriculum is accessible and challenging.
The two-year, text-centered curriculum includes:

Rhythms of Jewish Living: Jewish Holidays & Life-Cycle

Purposes of Jewish Living: Jewish Thought and Belief

Ethics of Jewish Living: Approaches to Moral Behavior

Dramas of Jewish Living Through the Ages: Jewish History

PEP affects the Jewish lives of mulitiple generations: Parents who study, children who benefit from an enriched Jewish family experience, and grandparents who see that their traditions and values are being honored.

The cost for PEP is just $175/person.
Babysitting will be available.
